How Scheduling Works

Choose Individual Therapy, Child/Adolescent Therapy, Couples, Family Therapy, or a 15-Minute Consultation.
π Step 2 β Submit the Scheduling Form
Provide your basic contact details and scheduling preferences.
Please do not include sensitive health or crisis information.
π§ Step 3 β Receive Secure Intake Forms
You will receive a HIPAA-compliant email with consent forms, policies, and intake paperwork.
π Step 4 β Confirm Your Appointment
Once forms are completed, you will receive your confirmed session time and secure telehealth link.
